Carolyn Baker is an accomplished executive and leader with over 25 years of experience guiding large teams, driving change, and shaping strategic direction. During her 33-year career in the Federal Public Service, Carolyn designed and delivered innovative learning programs, held senior leadership roles, and facilitated numerous leadership and team development sessions.

Now working as a learning and leadership development consultant and certified executive coach, Carolyn partners with clients to help them reflect, gain insights, and commit to meaningful solutions. Passionate about growth, she sees coaching as a powerful way to strengthen both personal and professional capabilities.

She has a certification in instructional design along with key development tools, including Emotional Intelligence, DISC, and 360 Feedback.
