As a Career, Leadership, and Certified Executive Coach, Senior Consultant, and Trainer, my 20-plus years of expertise and background in leadership and organizational development include: executive/ leadership/ business and career coaching and training; organizational program design/ development, and management; and workforce development and facilitation. Having worked in both large and small corporate and entrepreneurial organizations across a variety of industries, including internationally within the Finance/ Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Transportation, Resources, Business Startup, and Not-For-Profit sectors.
