After a rewarding career as a Human Resources executive, I'm excited to focus on executive coaching. I believe in creating a space for leaders to find their own answers by serving as a sounding board, posing challenging questions, and encouraging self-reflection. My coaching experience has been across levels, in unionized and corporate environments, with a special interest in leaders defining (or redefining) their leadership as they prepare for new roles or opportunities. I really enjoy coaching women and young leaders and helping introverts share their talents with the world.
